Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Ascendra’s Finest collects about you, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Your login: email address and a password (stored only as a secure scramble by our login provider; nobody can read it).
• Your membership details: full name, ASC Number, mobile number, who invited you, your community or team and your Facebook or Messenger link, as recorded by Ascendra’s Finest.
• Your journey: your level, missions, progress and the dates they changed.
• Records of important actions, such as approvals and role changes, kept for accountability.
• If you are not a member yet and fill in the Discover form: your name, email or mobile, country, preferred way to be contacted and your answers, used only to contact you about Ascendra’s Finest.

Why we use it

• To confirm you are the member you say you are before showing your progress.
• To show your level and missions, and to let your Level Admins and the Owner guide you.
• To keep the community safe and fair, and to fix mistakes.

Who can see it

You see your own record. Level Admins see members in the levels they manage. The Owner sees all records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

In a secured database in Singapore (Supabase) and served through Cloudflare. Emails are sent through a trusted email provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it is used. Contact the Owner at finestapp.admin@gmail.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

How long we keep it

While you are a member, and afterwards only as long as needed for accountability. Records of decisions are kept but can be anonymized on request.
